Grand Restaurant M

Traditionally the best restaurant in a large hotel is called the Grand Restaurant. The Maritim in Berlin is reviving this tradition by serving creative international cuisine cooked by famous chefs in its Grand Restaurant M with terrace. Diners can also enjoy traditional Berlin specialities, made with fresh, regional ingredients from recipes that in some cases have had to be rescued from the dim mists of time. The second Maritim Hotel in Berlin, the Maritim proArte, became the first bio-certified hotel in Berlin on 1st January 2007, and serves breakfast and lunch dishes made purely with organic ingredients with no additional surcharge.
