Plus d'infos sur The Ricemarket
Located in central Copenhagen, The Ricemarket is an Asian crossover restaurant founded by the team behind Kiin Kiin – one of the world’s few Thai restaurants with a Michelin star. The Ricemarket is a more informal off-shoot of its sister company, and takes its inspiration from the bustling street food scene found in many Asian countries.
The menu at The Ricemarket is short and concise with simple, authentic Asian dishes created with best ingredients by a team of chefs from Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and China. The Ricemarket also offers a wide range of Asian beers, as well as a selection of wines particularly suitable for the Asian kitchen – chosen by the owner Henrik Yde who is regarded as one of Denmark’s best sommeliers.
The Ricemarket has both indoor and outdoor serving (with beautiful views over the square, Hauser Plads) and the atmosphere is relaxed and easy-going. For the romantically inclined, The Ricemarket has cosy bed-tables where guests can dine behind closed curtains in soft surroundings. The Ricemarket by Hauser Plads in Copenhagen is located just a few minutes walk from Nørreport metro station.
