Plus d'infos sur Kokkeriet
With a Michelin star and top reviews from both Danish and international food critics, Kokkeriet in Copenhagen is one of Denmark’s best restaurants and foremost proponents of the Nordic cuisine movement.
Head chef David Johansen captures the tastes of Danish cooking with his delicate renditions of classic Danish dishes. Johansen’s cooking style is both innovative and traditional; modern and old-fashioned; minimalistic and decadent – a game of contrasts and a dining experience at the highest level.
Kokkeriet serves two set menus that show the restaurant’s immense level of ambition and leads the diners on an extraordinary culinary journey. The menus change frequently, according to the changing seasons and the chefs’ creativity. Their wine selection is predominantly French, but also includes great European wines with a particular strong offering of German white wines.
The dining rooms at Kokkeriet feature large bright rooms with huge windows, Scandinavian style Gubi furniture and art works by Marco Evaristti. It is a space where all the senses are stimulated.
Kokkeriet is located in the very heart of Copenhagen, close to both Østerport train station and KongensNytorv metro station.
