Dassa Bassa is houses in some 19th century coal cellars in the Salamanca district of Madrid. It has four vaulted dining rooms with exposed brickwork, painted white and is popular with the “in” crowd. The décor is modern and contemporary but the rooms have a very cosy feel.
The menu is short and changes regularly with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients and original dishes. There are also three set menu options: Executive, Dassa and Bassa.
Dassa Bassa is proud of its superb wine list and the restaurant is suitable for all types of celebration – although it mission is always the same – to make sure you feel pampered and indulged.
