Plus d'infos sur La Brasserie
In the atrium of Hôtel International de Lyon, La Brasserie produces classic French cuisine in a tranquil setting. Executive chef, Diego Amat, who received the award for Best Tapas Restaurant in Spain in 2001, will concoct flavourful and colourful cuisine for diners.
Composed with fine products, the La Brasserie menu reveals a wide range of hot and cold starters, along with meats, fresh fish, cheeses and desserts. Chef recommendations include dishes like beef tenderloin grilled and marinated with citrus and espelette pepper served with sautéed fingerling potatoes or whole sole meunière served with roasted almonds and star anise on mixed vegetables.
For foodies, there is the Bouchon Lyonnais menu, changing every week. In this menu, you will find Lyonnaise specialities such as cervelle de canut aux fines herbes, tablier de sapeur sauce gribiche, quenelle de brochet bobosse à la sauce nantua, pied de cochon pané & sauce moutarde à l'ancienne. Many products that will make you travel, just for a moment, in to the heart of the Capitale des Gaules. A buffet formula is also now available for lunch at La Brasserie.
