Fenton's of Dingle has been previously awarded as the Best Restaurant for 2003 and since then, it has continued to combine authenticity, originality and a genuine eager-to-please service under the delightful hands-on approach of owner Patricia Fenton. As Fenton's is a long established family-run business with its roots in farming, it should come as no surprise that all of the natural ingredients used in the kitchen are locally sourced. The dishes are prepared so as to allow the freshness of the ingredients to shine through. Main courses include the roast rack of spring lamb (reared on the Fenton family's own farm) with herb crust and port wine jus, and black lobster farmed locally.
