Madu Restaurant is located in Norway's first design hotel, Grims Grenka, and the prestigious premises are dark and exciting with original touches of tinted glass, running water and fire. The menu has been named Nordic Raw: Nordic food served raw, almost raw, or at low temperature, to preserve the flavors and nutrients in the ingredients. The concept is a modern version of the Scandinavian kitchen where old and new methods are combined in the preparation of the seasons proper, preferably organic, local produce. Several fish- and shellfish dishes, but also lamb and elk. One can order several smaller dishes or choose a Tasting Menu. Great rooftop terrace with great city views, comfortable seating areas and a bar with large selection of drinks.
