Within the Radisson Blu Edwardian, Mercer Street, Dial Bar & Restaurant Covent Garden serves contemporary European cuisine. A quiet elegance is offset by dashes of luxury, and trendy cocktails can be enjoyed at the sleek bar.

Foregrounding the use of market-fresh produce, the Dial menu crafts intense flavours and sublime textures. With a focus on sourcing responsibly, the Dial London hunts out ethically-reared, local and seasonal produce, wherever possible. Menu favourites include Gloucester Old Spot pork cutlet with colcannon mash, or Scottish organic salmon with fresh baby spinach and a sautéed potato salad.

Rich purple tones offset a cool stone-paved floor, and subdued, atmospheric lighting evokes a calm, intimate ambience. From the bar, guests can enjoy a taste of the exotic, with a delectable range from the meze selection.

We dined at the Dial Bar & Restaurant last Thursday evening. [...] deal which offered 3 courses from a set menu + a glass of prosecco for [$] ......... and it was truly amazing value. The food was outstanding, the service both friendly & professional and the location incredibly good. Everything about the evening was of the highest quality & we will return.

The restaurant was very quiet, however when gossiping away that didn't bother us at all. The service was pleasent. We dined on the Bookatable Star Deal which was 3 Courses and Prossecco for [$]. We found the portion sizes were very generous and the food quality was good. It was an enjoyable meal and perfect for pre-theatre dining.

Table booked for 4 people 18.00 pre-theatre. Slow but friendly service. Despite being reminded several times that we were under time constraint and although not busy, the service was slow to the point where we had to cancel the sweet course and coffee. To their credit they made an adjustment to the bill. However, the quality of the food was excellent.

Great food excellent for a pre theatre meal I've dined here before and it was equally as good as last time and the refurbishment looks great.
