Very elegant, excellent venue. We were made very welcome. Victor, made served us with a big smile and his recommendations were perfect. Pity we had to go to a concert, next time we plan to spend more time at this restaurant and enjoy the entertainment as well

More about Quaglino's

With iconic status on the capital's restaurant scene, Quaglino's has offered brasserie dining in London since 1929. James Hulme’s contemporary European menu uses the highest-quality British ingredients, and is served against a backdrop of glamorous décor and live jazz.

The Quaglino’s menu is fittingly sophisticated, with dishes such as Highland wild red deer with parsnip purée and braised red cabbage epitomising the restaurant’s penchant for the luxurious. More simple classics also feature, including fillet of steak au poivre and papardelle with smoked tomatoes and aubergine.

An extravagant venue, Quaglino’s has two bars: a central cocktail bar in the main dining room and a mezzanine bar overlooking the restaurant below. Both serve classic cocktails and boast a wine list of over 300 varieties. The restaurant is also renowned for live music, transforming Quaglino’s into a late-night party spot.

Located in well-heeled Mayfair, Quaglino’s restaurant is a 4-minute walk from Green Park Tube Station and an 8-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus.

Ambiance wonderful, food delicious but restaurant was cold, difficult to heat such a large space I appreciate but rather spoilt my visit.

Fantastic venue, excellent service. Only downside was the noise level of recorded music - the live band was coming on stage just after we vacated our table. Althouh we were 30 minutes late arriving due to traffic problems in Central London we were seated immediately without any fuss.

Lovely surroundings, friendly, helpful and attentive staff and excellent value set menu. They also do good wine by the carafe which is a good idea at lunchtime! The food was beautifully prepared and presented and quite delicious.

Its always been a buzzing place to eat. The food was generally good with the exception of the cod which was very salty. The service was a little too eager and rushed

Amazing interior, albeit a bit dark for an early supper...at 5.30 pre concert. Good food and half litre wine in jug appreciated as not all of us wanted alkohol. Excellent service! Very stylish restroom, which inspired our photographer daughter!
