More about Quaglino's

With iconic status on the capital's restaurant scene, Quaglino's has offered brasserie dining in London since 1929. Mickael Weiss’ contemporary European menu uses the highest-quality British ingredients, and is served against a backdrop of glamorous décor and live jazz.

The Quaglino’s menu is fittingly sophisticated, with dishes such as Highland wild red deer with parsnip purée and braised red cabbage epitomising the restaurant’s penchant for the luxurious. More simple classics also feature, including fillet of steak au poivre and papardelle with smoked tomatoes and aubergine.

An extravagant venue, Quaglino’s has two bars: a central cocktail bar in the main dining room and a mezzanine bar overlooking the restaurant below. Both serve classic cocktails and boast a wine list of over 300 varieties. The restaurant is also renowned for live music, transforming Quaglino’s into a late-night party spot.

Located in well-heeled Mayfair, Quaglino’s restaurant is a 4-minute walk from Green Park Tube Station and an 8-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus.

Food was excellent and the service Impeccable (perhaps a bit over attentive). However, the table we were given was squeezed in between two other tables and waiting staff had to edge between us in order to carry out their work. We also had their backsides in our faces when they were bent over serving the other customers. What was really annoying was that there were plenty of other tables available which would have allowed us to spread out.

Quaglinos was easily the best dining experience we have had in the UK . Every detail was taken into account to make you feel special from the moment you walked in the door. The food was sensational the staff were a credit to the restaraunt and referbishment is breathtaking. 100% we will be back an brining friends with us!!

Absolutely excellent. from the staff who were so obliging, attentive and friendly (they provided the starter I had requested for my husband, and even made a 'happy birthday' wafer and put a candle on my husband's dessert which was most unexpected). The food was delicious, ample quantity and wonderful quality. Will definitely go back again. Delicious cocktail as recommended by the waitress

Fabulous experience from the moment we walked through the door.. Attentative and friendly staff who made you feel very welcome. Very yummy food and drink and a nice vibe about the place - the display of gerbas in the centre of the restaurant was absolutely stunning.

Four old colleagues met for a catch up session here. We were treated with extreme courtesy and nobody rushed us while we waited for everyone to arrive. Service was good without feeling overwhelmed and they left us plenty of time to chat without rushing us on to the next course. Our food was excellent and everyone enjoyed what they had. Our water and wine were always filled up promptly but discreetly. We chatted away until 4 and were almost the last table but nobody at any time seemed to be concerned about this. Altogether a great experience.
