The attention to detail in the desssert was absolutely fantastic. Salty entrees were very good but not spectacular.
attention and service were very good.
There ia big difference in the ambiance if you are sitting in the court yard or inside (tall chairs) so try and be seated outside for the feeling of properly ser tea.

I have been lucky enough to sample some incredible afternoon tea experiences in London but this was by far the worst., the tipsy tea package. Lack of service during the whole night but the food was dry and tasteless. I even discovered a piece of cooking tissue in my sandwich. I was very dissapoinged by the whole thing. So many great options to try in London I'd avoid this place!

The staff were very accommodating. And the food was delicious. But the chair I was on was so uncomfortable.

Extremely disappointed.
A strange experience, mad hatters afternoon tea whilst sat in a gazebo with absolutely no Alice/Mad Hatters theme? The surrounding were drafty yet filled with out door heaters so quite uncomfortable. The restaurant was empty yet all diners were sat in adjoining tables. The couple next to us were so close they really were part of our table.
The food quality was poor, the sweets were exceptionally sweet and would probably be best enjoyed by children.
Service was average at best.
As a group of five our bill was £465 which included their 15% discretionary service tip. We did not leave 15%.
