Our whole experience was fantastic. The food was lovely, the Mad Hatters theme was great and we loved all the extra touches like the crockery and the jelly wonderland! We will definitely be visiting again.

Very enjoyable experience, lovely sandwiches and patisserie. Excellent service by great waiter. It could have been warmer though. The tented structures are not well heated and towards the end of the tea it was quite draughty.

Very nice, you would only go once. It's more about the experience, than the food on offer. If it was themed then would not be worth money.

The Mad Hatter theme made this afternoon tea really special. Great attention to detail; wonderful food/drinks with a mix of traditional flavours and some more unusual ones. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff who added to the overall atmosphere. Lovely!

Attended the 'Mad Hatters tea Party'. Food was nice, but I was expecting there to more of a theme at the venue which there wasn't. Staff accommodated food allergies and were friendly and polite but were very pushy at the end of our 2 hours. Food was interesting and nice but not really value for money. It would ahve been if the theme of the food extended to the surroundings. Wine was very nice but at 15% service charge automatically added (even for London this is crazy) became a little unaffordable.

Lovely environment and little details. Not very comfortable perched on little stools and it got rather hot under the patio heaters. Food was lovely and beautifully presented but the service was rather slow. I had to ask for more scones and tea and then wait around 20 minutes before reminding the waitress again. They didn't hesitate to automatically add 15% service charge to my bill though!

I really enjoyed the experience here, the food was lovely although very sweet. The staff were helpful but did take a long time to serve when we asked for things. They were extremely accommodating for my cousin's wheat intolerance. The hotel was lovely inside, very quirky.
