Service was really poor, took a long time to get served, served scones with no jam or clotted cream so we didn't get to eat them. It just seemed really tacky. Some of the sandwiches were nice & they did bring out a cake for my birthday but these were the only positives. The Sanderson looks like it would be a great place for drink thou.

Great twist on traditional afternoon tea. Thought and care has gone into all aspects. The only very slight negative is that it is on the terrace - there are plenty of heaters but we went on a particularly cold day and when the wind picked up it was a tad nippy, but if we had asked to be moved I'm sure they would have accommodated.

The service and food could not be faulted.

We went for afternoon tea and everything was delightful except for the scones which were really small and really cold and tasteless. Everything else though was really excellent.

I booked the table at Suka to celebrate our daughter's graduation. we sat in the courtyard which was pretty. Sadly the food was extremely poor, and very expensive, the whole family was disappointed.

We were celebrating exam results in the evening. It was a great experience from start to finish. The staff were very attentive and did their best to ensure we had a good experience. My friend has special dietary requirements and they looked after her well.

The food was average. The service was willing but inexperienced and inconsistent. Had to ask for finger bowl and somewhere to put peelings from tiger prawns. The finger bowl had been poured straight from the kettle and I scalded my fingers.
Puddings were good

We had the lunch menu at 2pm and it was really tasty. Staff were attentive & helpful. Ambience was perfect & the drinks were fantastic with fair prices for london. Prices became quite high after service charge is added but worth the experience.
