The special offer was great value and loads of food (however they serve the worst chips do not bother ordering them as a side you will be disappointed). The staff all courteous and professional. the strawberry coconut mojito was lovely with a nice kick. coffee good. Would go again and again . the vanilla parfait generous portion.

Second time dining at Roast (loved it the first time). Perhaps because the restaurant was quite busy, the food was dry and luke-warm, and service was slower than expected (and previously experienced) and one of the chefs was demonstrating questionably unhygienic behaviour.

Enjoyed all aspects of the experience, apart from the main course where all had the Megrim Sole which was fairly tasteless. On researching the fish on our return, we discovered that due to it's lack of flavour, it is usually used tor fishcakes. The service was excellent and attentive
