[...] had to move the meal back an hour.... wasn't a problem. They answered the phone prompt and knew I was coming. We dinned at 6.30pm it was a rocking place already and so great for families- with teens... to be animated after shopping and museum visiting and wanting to show each other where we had been and what we had seen. Excellent.Read other reviews about poor service and food but we had no problems. waiters were cool about being attracted to take out order and drinks. Soft drink cam with ice but no ice or lemon with our litre bottle of sparkling water. Umm.Pizza's fab but it's no Domino's pizza factory so a little sophistication on the food front from teens or children. Olives good size portion and great taste. We used 2 for 1 from Southern trains no problem. Hand in when asking for the bill. It's like the [...], lots of space inside. Would visit again. Oh, you even get to hear the rumble of trains over head... which made it all the more appealing.

The food came out quickly however the service was horrible. We asked 5 times for ONE glass of water and it took them 30 minutes to bring it out...even when we asked three separate people.

We came for an early dinner. The service was slow and the waitress wasnt helpful or friendly. The starter came quickly but we waited 35min for our maincourse! The pizza was disgusting!! The mozzarella was old and cold, the dough was under cooked and the had tasted off! No one asked how the food was and we had only 2 or 3 bites of the pizza as it was the worst pizza we ever had!

Great food and wine and beautiful setting (in the arches of Waterloo) but extremely busy and as such service was a bit slow - took us about 10 minutes just to be offered a drink - and the acoustics were unfortunately terrible! not a location for the hard of hearing! Overall pleasant experience.

We dined in the evening and the service was very poor. The food did come quickly but the waitress did not attend to us. We had to wait for ages to order drinks and food. No one came to check if the food was to our satisfaction.

The toilets were not pleasant.
