Plateau offers two distinct dining areas alongside a semi-open view kitchen - a bar and grill and a more formal restaurant, each with their own outside terraces. There are also two bars, a private dining room and a fumoir, also used as a private dining room.
A principal feature of this space is the part-glazed ceiling which swathes the area in reflected natural light. The food is modern French at its best, with exciting, unexpected combinations of the freshest natural produce.
