More about OXO Tower Brasserie

Perched on the 8th floor of Oxo Tower on London’s South Bank, Oxo Tower Brasserie affords sensational views across London and the Thames from its al fresco dining terrace and dining area. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the elegant venue with natural light, while the sleek and minimal décor makes it the chicest sky-high restaurant in London.

With a state-of-the-art open-plan kitchen, head chef Deon Jansen serves up contemporary Mediterranean flavours with immaculate presentation. Enjoy spiced venison ragu served with curly kale and parmesan, or scallops with fried coconut cake and tomato kasundi. Many meat dishes are cooked over charcoal on the josper grill, creating a rich BBQ flavour that is perfect for al fresco dining.

An excellent cocktail list accompanies the menu, and their innovative ‘not afternoon tea’ menu offers a contemporary take on afternoon tea in London. A selection of themed desserts is served up with an expertly-paired cocktail, such as white chocolate parfait, accompanied by a dry chocolate cocktail.

With incredible views across the city, Oxo Tower Brasserie in London sits 8 minutes’ walk from Southwark Tube Station.

Amazing trip to the OxO tower, couldnt fault it. The staff were excellent and very attentive and the food amazing. Being able to sit outside on the terrace was even better, even though a bit windy!

We have wanted to eat at the Oxo Tower for awhile. It is a nice building, with lovely views of the Thames. We were lucky to have a table by the window. The service was very good and the food was tasty and interesting. It would have been nice to have more of a choice with the deal we were using; there were only three choices of each course, and one choice of cocktail.

A very nice meal, in wonderful surroundings, with attentive and pleasant staff. A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

Lovely evening sitting outside. The views were lovely. It was a busy night, but the staff coped very well. They were very friendly. The food was beautiful. Will be going back again.

My wife and I visited the Brasserie as a Friday afternoon after work treat. The Brassierie is beautifully laid out and offers comfortable seating indoors and out, this is a fabulous location, offering great views across the river. We were booked for 5.15pm and we had the table for 2 hours. We were lucky enough to have the choice of a table outside or inside, as it was a warm sunny afternoon we opted for "al fresco." The staff were efficient and charming and very friendly, which added to the ambiance.
The set menu offers three options for starters, mains and dessert and starts with a very refreshing cocktail.
The food was served quickly and was excellent, we could not fault any part of it.

We intend going back to eat later in the evening, simply to enjoy the views of London after dark with a high quality meal.

Restaurant is nothing special. Staff rush about but are not efficient. Too many people served us with no continuity. Cocktail came after first course, but we already had our wine poured.

3rd visit to the Oxo Tower in the last year. I like it. Lunch was really good and the staff as attentive as I've known them. Good location and views across the river. Overall good value for money I think

Food was excellent - good gazpacho followed by succulent duck on a bed of lentils that was full of really interesting flavours. We were on a special deal, so didn't get the best table, but the views are good from anywhere and the atmosphere lively. They had run out of two of the four Rose wines on the Wine List which would be my only criticism (c'mon guys - it's summer!), but the service was impeccable and always cheerful, without being intrusive.
