More about OXO Tower Brasserie

Perched on the 8th floor of Oxo Tower on London’s South Bank, Oxo Tower Brasserie affords sensational views across London and the Thames from its al fresco dining terrace and dining area. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the elegant venue with natural light, while the sleek and minimal décor makes it the chicest sky-high restaurant in London.

With a state-of-the-art open-plan kitchen, head chef Deon Jansen serves up contemporary Mediterranean flavours with immaculate presentation. Enjoy spiced venison ragu served with curly kale and parmesan, or scallops with fried coconut cake and tomato kasundi. Many meat dishes are cooked over charcoal on the josper grill, creating a rich BBQ flavour that is perfect for al fresco dining.

An excellent cocktail list accompanies the menu, and their innovative ‘not afternoon tea’ menu offers a contemporary take on afternoon tea in London. A selection of themed desserts is served up with an expertly-paired cocktail, such as white chocolate parfait, accompanied by a dry chocolate cocktail.

With incredible views across the city, Oxo Tower Brasserie in London sits 8 minutes’ walk from Southwark Tube Station.

Amazing food and fantastic service. We had a drink in the bar first then were seated by 7.30pm and didn't leave our table till gone 10pm!

To the Brasserie Restaurant Manager.

I would like to express our disappointment with the poor service we received last night in the Brasserie Restaurant.

We arrived early to have a drink in the bar and soak up the view and atmosphere. It was lovely.

At 7.30pm we were promptly taken to the table by a very friendly member of your waiting staff.

We were given our menu's straight away. Sadly we had to wait 20 minutes before they took our order. At that point we were offered a drink. (poor show)

Our main complaint was the person sitting at the table opposite us was receiving undivided attention from your waiting staff. With not much space between the tables we had a member of waiting staff with their back to us practically sitting on our table permanently. This block our view and we felt it was very rude.

We waited so long for them to take our sweet order it was so off putting we decided to get the bill and leave without having dessert. I expressed my concerns to the female member of waiting staff who was processing our payment. She offered us complimentary dink which we declined as it would have made no different to our situation.

We must compliment you on the food as the starter and the main course were delicious.

However the lack of service spoilt our visit.

This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend. I certainly will not recommend it to any of my family or friends.

I would like to here your point view.

The Not Afternoon Tea was fabulous. The sweets were divine and cocktails so tasty. I have been to a few fancy afternoon tea’s which cost much more, but this one was by far one of the best. I loved this non traditional afternoon tea and will definitely be back to try the other options. Highly recommend, it’s an afternoon well spent.

We went for lunch as a wedding anniversary celebration. We were allocated a window table enabling us to see the fabulous views across the Thames. I had mentioned it was our anniversary and we were welcomed with "Happy Anniversary" by the staff and small touches made the lunch very special. The staff were excellent; efficient, not rushing us and explaining the various dishes with recommendations. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Oxo Tower Brasserie.

Great welcome. I had Canadian guests and we were offered a table on the terrace with fabulous views. The food and service was excellent. I go there often.

Despite feeling initially disappointed for not being able to sit by the window for our anniversary celebrations, the staff more than compensated for this by allowing us to have our dessert and coffee on the balcony.
Spectacular views, spectacular food and an all round great experience. The singer was also amazing.
Thank you for providing the setting for some happy memories for our anniversary.

Overpriced, poor service, too many flavours in dishes, no meat on the crab, wine taken away with some still in there - very poor
