Dual spiral staircases make up the striking champagne balcony, which offers a select range of bottles that include Dom Perignon. Sweeping arches and crisp whites are set off by dark stained wood and leather furnishings. The charcuterie bar utilises the finest national and continental meats, serving Welsh, French and Scottish cuts of ham, duck and lamb with homemade chutneys.
