We went there on a Wednesday evening. The meal arrived quickly and was great but for me maybe a bit tasteless (but that's common in England as I have experienced so far) . Great deals, we will go back for sure on a Monday for the "All you can eat Ribs night". :)

Booked for 6 people at 715pm, table was ready when we arrived and sat down fine. Unfortunately we had not been able to book for a monday where they have a all-you-can-eat BBQ, but we went on all-you-can-eat shrimp night. Drinks and food was good, shrimp got tasteless after a while but I think that was due to volume rather than anything else :P also, starting at 830 there was live music too and that was awesome!

Dined at 4.30-5.30pm as going to the theatre afterwards. Staff friendly and polite. Food was gorgeous, with great specials of the day. Ambience really nice. A bit cold with the fans at this time of year and tables were a bit squashed together. But good evening had by all.Parking limited to a couple of meters on the main road.

Went for dinner on a Sunday night at 8pm. This is the 3rd time I've eaten here as the food is really good and they have some good special deals each day. The ultimate highlight is the frozen margarita - delicious! The ultimate low is the service. The waiters and waitresses are pushed to their limit with the number of covers in the restaurant so it took forever to get any kind of service. Out waitress last night was nice but previously they have been short with us and unhelpful - perhaps the stress of it being so busy and understaffed? We barely greeted as we arrived, a smile would have been nice. Then we were seated by a lady who I assume was a supervisor of sorts...we didn't get any menus except the one left on the table to share between us all. Had to flag someone down for drinks and after being blanked by several staff we finally ordered a drink 15 mins after sitting down.
Food came quickly but drinks took forever, I'd pretty much eaten my meal before I got

The best steak I have had since I was in Canada 9 months ago.
Narrow choice if you don't like red meat, lobster or crab but wonderful if you do!

The food was great! The interior very pleasant, added bonus the early evening lobster deal tasted delish! My girlfriend took me for my bday here, and I got surprised with a cake on the house by the end of our amazing lobster meal! Great night! Definitely will return soon.

My favourite restaurant for the last five years. Where else in London can you get a fabulous lobster dinner for [$]. It's got everything. Live music, great atmosphere and the service is usually excellent.
