I chose this restaurant because the on line comments were so good and as things turned out, I wasn't disappointed. I lunched with a pal and we chose from the a'la carte menu. The food was excellent as was the wine and for the location the price was very acceptable.

We dined in the evening before our theatre show, we arrived half an hour before our reservation time but were accommodated in a friendly warm manner. I wasn't too Enamoured with my starter although it was fine, but the meal got better and better and we didn't have to touch our wine bottle all evening as the waitress kept us topped up all the time, a nice touch which is so often overlooked. We would go again if in the area.

A regular place to meet family and close friends for a quiet good quality meal and lots of chat- no musak! hurray! Shrimp and snail lasagne a surprising starter , but enjoyed by the 1 of us brave enough to try it!

Very convenient near Victoria for us all.

We dined at midday, and the food and service was excellent. The only drawback is that the tables are very crowded together, and access and egress are difficult.

I eat in Bumbles reasonably often, offers good British dining at excellent value, limited but decent good value wine list. I miss the Omelette Arnold Bennett that they used to do as a starter
