Ate early before the theatre and chose form the prix fixe menu which gives a good choice and is excellent value for money. Service is attentive without being overbearing. Atmosphere very pleasant.

My friend and I visited Clos Maggiore (for the second time) to celebrate our joint birthdays. We chose the tasting menu which provided a delicious journey through the the chef's favorite dishes. Extremely good value, and every dish was delightful. The service was also very good, attentive and friendly, but staying professional. We ate upstairs - which suited us as the downstairs courtyard was full and quite noisy. Recommended it immediately to my sister for her anniversary dinner. Lovely.

We were booked for 5.30pm and arrived probably first in the restaurant. We were seated in the corner near the bar/service point, which was busy and not at all romantic. When we commented later in the meal the delightful waitress told us about the Conservatory, which we viewed at the end of the meal. That would have been a completely different experience and we were disappointed not to have been offered that. We were told that we should have asked for that location, but as we didn't know, we were not offered it. What a disappointment! We take away less than romantic memories, even although the food and wine were good.

Had the most memorable dining experience in Clos Magiore.This was to mark the occasion of a 50th birthday and it certainly didn't disappoint.
The food was delicious and the service first class.
Can't wait to return again when in London.
