Easy to find. Very trendy and nicely decorated. Chose to come here for a lunch as didn't have a lot of time but wanted something different. Small plate choices included starter main and dessert we didn't want a dessert but 2 small mains and so my friend only had 2,small plates. We had to pay for an additional one She also didn't want her wine but I wasn't alllowed to have it so had to pay extra so our £40 2 course lunch with wine cost £67 for a tea a glass of wine a mulled wine The food and wine was delicious thecservice poor and slow. The poor waitress had so much to remember she kept getting confused. Our service was slow and it was hard work as they weren't prepared for the special bookatable deal.

Service was good but wouldn't recommend for dining- more of a drinks and snacks venue. Venue is great

The management of the venue appears to have changed since our last visit. I was greeted by 4 blank faces at the entrance and eventually someone asked for my details. Later my friend was challenged on her footwear, Converse trainers. She was allowed entry only to find staff wearing similar footwear! The happy hour has gone so drinks were prohibitively expensive for us - £12 each. Lots of staff buzzing round but very hard to get their attention when you actually wanted to order. Some of the entrance and waiting staff spoke no English so had to refer to others which is ok but slows things down. Very dark so nobody could see the menus etc. We had planned to eat but went elsewhere. Looks like they are concentrating on becoming a club now in the evenings rather than an all rounder, which is fine, but we would not have gone there had we known. So it's on the basis of this I have scored below.

Service was a little slow, music too loud for dinner time but the food was lovely and so was the interior

Food was very good. I would suggest you get your waiters to write the orders down, as he messed up one if the starters, one of the mains, and brought the wrong drinks.

I booked the table for the 2 course set dinner as it seems a pretty good deal to me. I was right as the service was very good and attentive. We were greeted by the manager and was offered wine which was a great start for Friday evening. We had starter of squid, octopus and aubergine which was fresh and well made. We then had the main course of pork belly and risotto which was good. We ordered sides of salad and chips which again was fresh and good.

We enjoyed our dinner and had great value for our money. The staff and manager took good care of us ando overall we had a pleasant dinner.

Great place to be on Friday night with mates for meal and drinks.

We had the fixed menu 2 courses for 20 plus a glass of wine. The starters were good, the pork belly main was overly salty with the salse verde dressing. Nice bar and atmosphere and waiter asked about allergies and dietary requirements which was very good and adapted one of the starters to suit a gluten free diet. Nice inside but dark so difficult to read menus for middle aged eyes!

Took the receptionist ten mins to find our booking. Once seated we were told that our booking was for lunch (luckily I had the confirmation from you confining our booking of 7.15 dinner for two) After a 20 min wait the manager said he would honour the deal like he was doing us a favour. Bad start but the food drink ambience music and waiter (his first day) all first rate.

Food interesting but small. Service poor and not co-ordinated between waiters. I was disappointed as booking was quick & easy
