I cannot fault Fire & Stone. It's the first place I think of to bring friends to eat when out in London.
The pizzas are unusual, fantastic and delicious. The service is super speedy and friendly. The ambiance is always vibrant and it's all good value for money.
I've introduced so many people to it and they all return with friends.
Perfect!

Dined on Saturday evening. Food excellent but service was poor. The table booking was ok, but the table given at the restaurant was awful and backed onto a crowded bar of people. When we asked to change we were given the option of chooing any free table in the restaurant, which we did and waited at the bar, however the maitre'd then seated someone else in the table just selected. Then main courses were brought with the starters etc etc.

Good food - they have interesting pizzas with more than the usual choices. I had the Peking, basically Chinese hoisin duck pizza, which was delicious. Service was a bit slow but we went on a busy Friday night, so it's probably better during the week. The prices are very reasonable.

We were in a hurry because we were going on to the theatre. When I mentioned this to our waitor he made sure that the food arrived quickly and that we were out on time.

We booked a table for a group of 10 in the evening. I have been before and the food was equally delicious but we had to wait far too long between courses, and as a result when we came to order dessert were pressured against it and made to feel we had to leave. I understand the table was needed but I was told in the fashion of a child doing something wrong. The bill was brought out without request and the cash was counted in front of us as if we weren't trusted. The situation was very poorly handled by the staff.
