We felt very welcome from the moment we stepped onto the boat. Choice of menu was excellent and portions were just right. There was the right amount of time given between courses too.

We were seated on a table in the "walk through area" of the upper deck. The door did not stop banging with people coming in and out. One of my party did not get a starter after the waitress accused her of not ordering one. She also wanted a vegetarian dish from the menu but that was finished and a replacement was not offered. We were eventually moved to a quieter table and the staff that worked that end were amazing, and we ended up having a lovely time. The main course was very nice as was the dessert.

Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Food was excellent, this up to the chef. We were lucky it was a lovely sunny day and once we'd finished and paid staff even found us a table outside so we could sit and have a drink before we left! Would go again definitely

Everything was excellent, the food was very enjoyable and a perferct end to the day. We had the set menu, was good value for money and enjoyed it. The meal was booked by my son and some reviews we read before the meal were not great but I'm pleased to say they were not what we experienced.

Food was nice, as was wine selection - I work at Bibendum was nice to try some of our lines. Disappointed that couldn't sit ourself, found that quite elitist - deal didn't make this obvious

The Star Deal is excellent value for money. The food was exceptionally good (especially the roast pork) with very good sized portions and very well presented. The majority of the tables are by the window, overlooking the water, so you are practically guaranteed a good view of the ever-changing Thames. It was a lovely relaxing way to have lunch. The staff were cheerful and friendly and the service could not be faulted. Highly recommended.

A very enjoyable and relaxing experience, the staff were welcoming, charming, friendly and efficient. Service was at just the right pace to ensure a great experience.

The food was well presented and perfectly cooked and ample potions. We enjoyed Asparagus and Quail egg salad followed by slow roast Belly Pork and Fruit Salad. Poached Salmon Rillettes , Beer Battered Cod Loin and Lemon Posset. A very acceptable carafe of Sauvignon Blanc at a reasonable cost

A very enjoyable meal whilst enjoying stunning views of the London Eye

Coupled a good day out on the south-bank with a following meal at this great setting on the riverside. started with a relaxed drink on the outside deck on a nice day before sitting inside to eat. Though the bar was busy, sadly my partners cocktail didn't arrive before i had finished my pint, but the manager immediately resolved this and offered to knock it's cost off of the bill. Was a good 3 course set menu for £27.00 which I thought offers very good value, choice & portion size. The starter and main was great tasting & well presented, but my partners dessert lacked ambition to impress. Service was not rushed and there was a comfortable gap between courses allowing us to chat, and enjoy the 'requested' river views made at the time of booking.

Very average restaurant with dated furnitures. It is right opposite London eye which you can see through dirty windows. It's probably a good place to enjoy a beer after work on the deck but would not recommend it for dinner.
