Meal was OK but not exceptional. I had duck and egg for starters and was surprised to find a slice of duck meat inserted rather than a piece of duck. The main course steak was very good; medium rare as requested and tender. Dessert menu was limited; I had a very sweet chocolate and my wife had ice cream as there was not much else.

Dinner was excellent, with a wide choice in all three courses. The dishes were well presented without being over fussy. Service was also very good, friendly and attentive, with more bread offered and water glasses replenished without having to ask. The voucher made it more affordable as, without the voucher, it would have been quite expensive.

Great experience. Very good selection from the Star menu and excellent value for money. Presentation was great. I had the mackerel starter and Trio of park main course, very interesting combination of flavours.

Lovely food and very good service. The menu has lots of choice. I had scallops to start which was beautiful, the Irish fillet of beef for main which was so tender and the orange and lemon posset for dessert with a popping candy covered biscuit which was delicious plus it incl. a glass of Lanson. When you add up the individual prices on the menu, it would have cost over £50 so £29 is great value. Would definitely recommend.

We were a party of four, two of which had eaten at Petrichor at The Cavendish, London two years previously. We all had no problem finding something suitable from the a la carte menu, I had the Quail & Sweet Corn to start followed by the Irish Beef Fillet (& I even found room for dessert, Chocolate Avalanche - yum!). From the moment we had our first mouthful, we were absolutely delighted with Chef Nitin's creations. I cannot enthuse enough about the quality of the food presented before us and the total gorgeousness of what we were eating. Not only was the presentation beautiful but the attention to detail, the way each ingredient complimented each other was superb. Fine dining in London was quite a new experience for some of us and whilst this wonderful restaurant was only a few minutes walk from Leicester Square, it was still off the beaten track a little but I can assure you, it is well worth a visit. We were so impressed with our dining experience that we passed our compliments onto the Chef who found the time to come over to our table at the end of the evening to talk to us. Overall, a truly wonderful meal prepared and cooked to perfection by Chef Nitin. All the better for the fact that we had booked the table through Bookatable for a fantastic price which included a glass of champagne on arrival. We saved approximately £20pp by booking this deal and cannot rate the whole experience enough. Absolutely fantastic, well worth a visit and will definitely come again!

OMG!! This was one of the best lunch time three course meals my husband and I have ever had - and that's truly saying something. We eat out a lot and my husband works all over the world - and consequently dines out all over the world too. This was a special occasion so I was nervous about trying somewhere completely new but it did not disappoint. The staff were amazing and the chef out of this world. We could not fault any of the meal. The choice was good, the presentation superb and the combination of flavours sublime! We took advantage of the recommendations of wine with each course and they too were amazing. Will definitely be going back.
