The food, the wine, the service and the environment were excellent. We were a party of eight and were looked after very well and would recommend the restaurant to anyone. However, we have one remark to make as a warning to anyone dining at this restaurant : if you pay by credit card then you must check the amount keyed in by the staff on the credit card handset before you enter your PIN. We split the bill amongst four of us and the staff attempted to overcharge two of us by twice keying in an amount in excess of what we specified. They apologised for what they explained was a simple keying error, but twice? I don't think so. So be wary of overcharging here.

Really good food and selection . Very spacious dining area . They were not flexible about adding an extra person on to the voucher deal and had to spread the cost of the extra person over the rest of us.
Overall meal came to £58 per person with some decent wine. The point is the this was double the voucher cost. I would seriously consider going there again.

Excellent dining experience, the service was great and the food was fabulous!!! Despite this being a special offer "package" the choice from the Al a Carte menu was good and there was no scrimping on the Quality...

Possibly one of the most disappointing dining experiences in London for many years. Whilst the food was of a high quality the service completely let the restaurant down. For a hotel held in such high esteem and in such a prime location you expect basic service - waiting staff to be attentive and if you ask for mustard or a steak knife you expect to get it. Sadly not here. When you arrive you expect to be greeted with at least a welcome. Not here. You are simply told to queue at a till point and wait for someone to come and get you rather like a mass traffic restaurant in Heathrow Terminal 1. Sadly the lack of care to even the most basic of client needs makes this restaurant one to be avoided.

This was a superb experience on two occasions. The setting is quiet and civilised, the service attentive, the food exquisite and original, the choice extremely widespread. We did not sample the wines other than the opening glass of champagne, which was of high quality and at just the right temperature.

Great food and the atmosphere is quite a buzzy one - or it was when we dined there on Saturday evening. Loved the orange and lemon posset and who knew that they did a good cocktail. Platinum bubbles has a kick but is very uplifting.

Good location in the heart of Mayfair, the hotel is modern and up to date, the decor lovely. The restaurant is well spaced and the decor quite stunning. The staff are friendly and attentive, we were not rushed over the meal. The food was beautifully presented with good flavours. Overall a lovely experience.

The food and ambience excellent.
The service was friendly but not efficient and there were periods of being left with no one in attendance.
Despite the slight criticism of the service, the overall experience was lovely.
