Food was very good - well prepared, comlementary flavours and a good variety. The service was superb; attentive but not overly so; friendly without being smarmy; and a few amuse bouches as well.

The service was excellent, attentive, friendly and helpful. The decor is weird with Gerald Scarfe-like Highlanders be decking the walls, the most unusual "chandeliers" I have ever seen and bright red curtains and seat backs that look like bed heads! The meal as a whole was delightful with the freshly-baked breads/rolls, the exquisite desserts, the amuse-bouches being the star items. We each had a glass of Champagne (part of the deal) and 2 glasses of rose for my wife and Zinfandel for me. Very nice wines but, at £12 (plus 12.5% service) for 125 mls, outrageously priced (effective bottle price £80). Such markups may be ok for the expense account businessmen who seemed to account for the bulk of the diners but I would not go back again - even with a Bookatable deal.

Lovely atmosphere, very grand but very relaxed at the same time. Most definitely planning a return visit. Waiting staff very attentive but not intrusive, every one attending our table made sure our visit would be a memorable evening. A wonderful place to enjoy jst an evening meal out or somewhere to celebrate that special occasion.

Second time I had dinner in this restaurant and it was as amazing and enjoyable as first time, I am in no doubt that there will be many more times, once again thank you to everyone make this experience one to remember yet again!

The food was good, service excellent, but to be very frank the décor leaves a lot to be desired. It's a Scottish theme and is very dark, dismal and gloomy. You don't get a feel good feeling, perfect for a business lunch or dinner, but not somewhere to go on a date etc..
