Staff were very attentive and the food first rate. Could do with a marketing campaign as there is no reason why the restaurant isn't full.

My husband and I went last night and had the 3 courses plus a cocktail for £20 offer. The food was very good especially the creme brûlée. We also had a bottle of wine which was nice but expensive. The serving staff were all lovely, but we felt rushed to eat our food and were in and out within the hour. As a consequence I felt slightly sick all night.

Enjoyed the food and service. Didn't appreciate the service charge being put onto the bill. Like to have an option when it comes to tipping.

We did the 3 course set menu with cocktail. The food was fantastic and extremely good value for money. Service was excellent and wasn't rushed at all, plenty of space between each course. Will definitely be dining again and would certainly recommend.

A very pleasant dining experience, because it was my Birthday we took advantage of the offer 3 course inc whiskey cocktail £20 per head, it would be quite expensive otherwise. The extras 2 glasses of wine for 2 of the party and coffee for 3 brought the bill inc tip to £31 per head, so without the offer not sure I would want to spend so much on a meal, however that did not detract from a very nice visit. Did not rate the pudding very highly (banana bread & butter pud with toffee custard) it simple did not work and was too mushy.

Really friendly helpful staff.
Think I might have got a caffeinated espresso rahter than decaf - reading till 3 this morning!
But it was still a lovely time and would definitely recommend it and go back

We were seated on tables that looked more appropriate for a little backstreet cafe. The table next to us could have been part of our party we were that close together - the ambience wasn't relaxed or comfortable. The price of the set menu was great value for money however, my dessert was served cold. The service could have been better as we weren't asked if we wanted anymore drinks throughout the meal. I would not bother with Harvey Nichols again and I would have been very very disappointed if we had purchased from the a la carte menu.
