An elegant and sophisticated restaurant, Skylon features sleek, retro style and a chic cocktail bar. Housed on the 3rd floor of the Royal Festival Hall, this British brasserie boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the spectacular London skyline.

Whilst admiring the view from Westminster to St Paul’s, diners can indulge in the delectable dishes the Skylon menu has to offer. Wild Pacific halibut and caramelised shoulder of lamb are amongst the favourites, while desserts include the alphonso mango salad and soufflé of the day. Ate at the Skylon as part of the London restaurant festival, a great way to try fine dining for less. Would go back for another visit as the food was great as was service. The atmosphere is a little stifled though.

My bf took me here for my 21st. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. The staff are very attentive. They were constantly topping up our glasses and offering bread rolls. Amazing evening !

We went to Skylon for dinner as part of the London Restaurant Festival (2 courses for[$]). Pleasingly, our table was in the perfect spot to look out onto the Southbank. Service was very good at the beginning of our evening but seemed to wane towards the end. Although there were only 3 choices for each course, they were pleasant enough.

Me and my fiancé went for dinner at 6.30pm.We were welcomed by a smile from all the staff and seated to our table which had great views of the river.The service was exceptionally good through out our dinner and the food was excellent. I definitely recommend Skylon to everybody!

Was a lovely lunch in a comfortable setting with beautiful views of the Thames - even with the rain pouring down outside.
