While all the Loch Fyne restaurants share a common background, they are each encouraged to retain their individuality, and the Loch Fyne in Sevenoaks is no exception. Originally a saddler's, this heritage-listed site has maintained its charm with stunning beams and a fireplace that dates back to 1414. The food is treated with equal respect, as it is caught from only sustainable sources and with the use of responsible methods. This respect is reflected in the cooking, where you can sample Shellfish Marinières with saffron aioli, Bream with rocket pesto and garlic mash or simply-presented Cromer Crab with new potatoes and a fine bean salad. With three-course meals available at reasonable prices per person, this fantastic seafood restaurant is a catch in itself.
