- Good Environment

- Service was good even though our "head" waiter, the one who took the order, was a bit rude (like he did not care and like he was in a rush without giving the appropriate attention / respect to us) in the beginning but then I just asked him why is he like that and he apologized. Anyway, he might have had a bad day - I don't know - but still when you are in a place like that the least that you expect from the staff is to respect you. The rest of the people working there was great, happy and smiling.
- You should go for the cheesecake as a desert. They claim that it is the best in town but I would say that do not raise that much your expectations. BUT, you should go for that because it is a different version and it is really big...
- It is a bit expensive but this is something to expect for a steak house.

very limited menu choice, and when we got in the restaurant, they didn't even have the bookatable menu, the manager was telling us, they were printing the menu lol, I was really shocked as its a five star hotel, although bookatable deal is cheaper, however, the customers still need to be well treated. comparing with Hyatt the montagu, 3 courses meal(4 options for each course)+ 2 glasses wine for £25 + great service,I generally will not recommend dining in this restaurant.

We really enjoyed our experience. The staff were great, present but not in the way. Quality of food was superb. The meal was expensive- but the quality meant that I still feel I received value for money.
