I went to this restaurant for a friend's birthday. None of us had been there before but I was shocked at the prices when I got there. It was very expensive. However the inside was stunning and we were expecting to have a lovely meal. We were very disappointed. To be fair the waiter was great about us having a last minute guest turn up and got an extra chair for her but after that we hardly saw him. We all ordered cheesy garlic bread which was just cheese on toast, we then waited an hour for our main. I ordered a £20 chicken burger and it was dry and plain. Not worth the money. I couldn't eat it. KFC would have been a much better option. My friends ordered expensive steaks and was not impressed. Throughout the meal, empty glasses were taken away but we were never offered more drinks. One ordered mock tail did not turn up until we reminded the waiter 30 minutes later. After our main was taken away and drinks had finished, no one came over to offer us deserts or another drink. We actually didn't see anyone for half hour and in the end went to a waiter on another section to ask for the bill. By this point we had been at the restaurant for 3 hours. Our waiter bought over the bill then stood over us as we worked out how we were splitting it. Was a bit awkward.
I did enjoy this restaurant and would never eat here again.

I went on a Thursday evening after wanting to go to this restaurant for years!! Was waiting for a special occasion and one finally came up. Great food and really attentive service - but not over attentive which is key!! I had the Springbok, and tried the Kangaroo and Lamb Shank - all cooked to perfection and tasted amazing!! Recommend to meat lovers and vegatarians alike!!
