We loved the experience apart from not receiving the glass of champagne that was advertised as part of the offer. When we asked about this at the end of our meal we were told by the waiter that we had to book our table by an earlier date (I think the waiter said 13th July), even though on the Bookatable website it stated to book by 25th July, which we did. This was very disappointing as it was a Birthday treat and I visited a few years ago and loved the experience. Bookatable dclearly staed the offer was three courses and a glass of champagne for £49 per person.

It was our Silver Wedding Anniversary and we took our two children with us to celebrate. We had not been to the Ritz before, but our daughter had and based on her experience we booked a lunch. We arrived early and had plenty of time for cocktails from the bar first. For lunch, we selected our meal form the set menu, and washed it down with a bottle of house champagne. There was sufficient choice for all of us and the quality of the food, together with the attentive service, were both excellent. A perfect choice for a special celebration.

Having enjoyed an excellent luncheon in the Ritz restaurant recently, my wife and I decided to return with friends for dinner on a Friday evening. We could not have been more impressed. As we knew, the service was amazing, the food outstanding and the choice of wines extensive. To our delight, there was very pleasant live music, with the opportunity to dance, and a tango cabaret which was most impressive. We highly recommend and will definitely return at the earliest opportunity.

A jaw dropping experience. One of the most famous establishments in the world, we got to dine in it. Brilliant service from the door to our table. Also guys, dont't forget your suit and tie and if you do there is a 'dress up box' with stuff for you to try on. The food was exactly what you wish for, the mackrel starter was extremely interesting and very tasty. Live music with singers, bands and all the rest made the a quintessentially english dining experience. Loved it!

The Ritz was very good. However Bookatable is getting a reputation for not adding negative reviews, and you are losing credibility with your customers, ie. not the restaurants, but the diners who use your service.
