OK it's expensive but everything was nigh-on perfect - the venue, the food, the service. Will go back if I can afford it!

Good location, beautiful setting, excellent food & wine. Each member of staff we came across was extremely friendly, helpful & attentive. We had lunch at the Ritz, Afternoon Tea was being served in a separate restaurant with a pianist, which we didn't have, my only negative comment.

Five of us went for my birthday. Food was good and everyone enjoyed their choice. I was the only one brave enough to try the scallops with pig's head starter. It was absolutely fine so do not be put off.as the pig's head was just two tiny balls of tasty crackling. Was a bit concerned as we had a wheelchair guest but they were waiting to escort us when we alighted from the taxi. If I was to nit-pick, it is the fact that we were all given the same white or red wine with each course, regardless of our menu choice. So the red with my halibut was not great.
