To start, there’s warming Tuscan bean soup or the classic antipasti, and mains include spaghetti Americano with succulent lobster, or honey roast belly pork with cannellini beans.

We booked online to dine at 7pm, for a surprise 30th borthday party. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly and professional front of house member of staff, who explained all we needed to know. We were then shown to our table by the head waiter, who could do nothing more for you. He went through all the menu options for us, and we selected the [$]set menu. We ordered cocktails to start with, which were lovely and presented to a high standard. We all had different starters but they were all presented beautifully and there was plenty of it! We had rib eye steak which melted in your mouth!. Deserts did not let this place down either. We were made to feel very important and special the whole time we were there. We arrived at 6.30pm, and did not leave until 10.45, they were in no hurry to get rid of you and made you feel comfortable the whole night. I could not fault this experience at all and we are all lookingforward to returning there in the very near future. Thank you very much to all the staff!

Good choice of food of fantastic quality, but a little more expensive than we had anticipated. Service was second to none! Definitely the best service we have received in a long time. We dined as a group of 4 in the evening, the atmosphere and ambience was perfect - relaxed and sophisticated. We will return.

Dined early evening and surprised to find the restaurant empty. Friendly staff but no menu available other than set two or three courses. Ordered lamb accompanied with roast potatos and surprised to be served with lamb on a bed of mash. This was not mentioned by the staff ahead of service. Friendly waiter but bad habit of serving across the front of guests rather than from the side. Cheap and cheerful.

Lovely and enjoyable night out with my couple and friends.
Great atmosphere. But too noisey, you cand hardly hear people in your table.
Staff very friendly.
Food: most of the dishes very nice (e.g rib eye, squid, pasta...) but some dishes very bad (e.g. salads...very salty and poor)
In overall was an enjoyable night out. Pricy, but once off is a good experience to go.

Went there last night. Awful service, children running around. the Steak was overcooked, the ceasar salad is a weird slop covered in dressing, so more a soup than anything else. Had to ask them to take service off, as they were awful, running around to empty tables. This place has had its day.

We saw a Matinee in Shaftbury Avenue, then dined at Frankie's. They were only a short tube journey and a pleasant walk past Harrods. The whole experience at Frankie's is one that my wife and myself will remember with fond memories.
