Really good Margaritas and very good service. Food was excellent and there was a good choice on the pre theatre menu. The goats cheese starter was really delicious. And the chicken pie which my friend had got rave reviews.

I Booked a table for 10 for a reunion but 12 turned up. The member of your staff who was seating us realised that 12 could not comfortably get around this table. He then most efficiently organised another table nearby and we all sat down. As usual, the food was excellent as was the service. We all had a great time and look forward to our next visit in late January next year.

On arrival the head waiter did not speak to us and just showed us to our seats. We waited to be served and when we attracted a waiter's attention he tried to get another waiter to serve us, he did then serve us himself, after rolling his eyes, and was very rude. Our drinks came without the water we asked for and we waited quite a while for our food, even though we ordered off the pre theatre menu. We were impressed with the different waiter who brought us out food and served us after that as he was very nice and pleasant.

good food options for the pre-theatre menu. service could be improved, it was incredibly busy and it took some time in between courses. we were not able to have our dessert; we had a show to catch.

After spending a few hours looking for the best restaurant to visit before going to the theatre this one seemed perfect - 5 minutes walk from the theatre & a great offer of 3 meals for £25. Upon arrival we waited in the hall way, were ignored by staff for 10 minutes so we went for a drink in the bar. Finally we were seated & the menu was not the 3 for £25, I told the waitress & she went to check with her manager, she came back to tell us that offer menu had expired and made it pretty clear she didn't care, I argued that it was not our problem as we clearly booked the 3 courses for £25 & that they should discount it at the end of the meal, So we went on to order our food (which was all very nice but the main course came up about 2 seconds after finishing our starter) in between this the staff had a switch over, I could see the 2 waitresses making it completely obvious they was talking about us which I found highly unprofessional. We came to the end of our meal & asked for the bill, which did not have the discount on that we requested, I had to tell the waitress the problem (which she already new) & finally after 10 minutes and a visit from the manager we finally got the deal we booked for. So the food was nice but the staff need serious re-training or firing to start again!

Disappointed as we had booked the offer lunch and early menu offer and were informed that this offer does not exist on a Sunday. My daughter ordered a burger which arrived completely raw in the middle. We sent it back and the waitress brought another one which was also very under cooked. It was then too late to order anything else as we had booked to go to the theatre. The staff did apologise and we were not charged for the burger but we were still very disappointed.

The food and ambience was very good but the service was terrible. We had to wait an extremely long time for drinks especially which spoilt our evening

Poor service; tiny portions; bland food.
When we arrived at Brown’s we were squeezed into a tiny table which was overshadowed by an enormous plant and cheek by jowl with a number of screaming infants. There followed a barrage of different waiters, none of whom had time to enquire how our meal was. Having placed our order it took 30 minutes for it to arrive, despite constant reassurances that we were “next”. We ordered their apparently “classic” burgers. These were made of cut price beef with half a teaspoon of their apparently “famous” coleslaw daubed on the top. There was a tiny portion of chips and the condiments were utterly tasteless and inadequate. We wanted an opportunity to express our opinion directly to the waiting staff, but while we saw at least four different waiters, not one of them asked if our meal was okay. They clearly didn’t care. We will never return to this restaurant again.
