6pm sunday. Had to wait half an hour for food-luckily we had asked how long we would have to wait so we were prepared but they wouldn't have said if we hadn't asked. Portions were very small particularly the seafood risotto. We had a voucher so was half price but at full price it would have been total ripoff

Very busy, meal slow to be served, causing concern as we were attending a concert at the venue nearby. We were in the restaurant over 1 hr for just a main course of standard food.
time 6.00pm to 7.15pm

Because it was over the Christmas period the atmosphere was different as there were a number of large groups in the restaurant. Fortunately we had been placed well away from them so had some privacy and were able to carry out our own conversation.

We have been to Strada several times (I proposed to my husband there) and have many happy memories of experiences there. Last night was no exception.

We booked the table for 8pm and arrived late, which was no problem. Despite being the last Saturday before Xmas the restaurant was not heaving but did have a lovely atmosphere. We sat at the bar to begin with and opened a bottle of wine and drank a champagne cocktail. The barman was very friendly and chatty. When were ready we were shown to our table. Our waitress was lovely; very friendly and attentive. We had bread and olive to start with followed by pizza, dessert, coffee and liqueurs. The pizzas were so fresh and very tasty. The whole meal came to [$] each, which included the wine. Excellent value for money and a thoroughly enjoyable evening in lively, friendly surroundings.

The 'Feast' seasonal menu is excellent value for the choice on offer. Could not fault any of my dishes and service was excellent - lively atmosphere (16/12/11) with other office parties going on but equally pleasant in the day and at quieter times. Great location for post German Market adventures! Ended up having further drinks at the bar to end the evening - just a pity that there are no cocktails!
