8 of us met up, as we do once a year, for lunch and a catch-up on news. The staff are very welcoming and everything about the restaurant - service, food, etc, is excellent. However, it was so noisy (probably because it was very busy) that we could hardly have conversations. Perhaps some kind of sound-proofing (maybe curtains or floor covering) is needed.

I booked this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday. The staff were absolutely amzaing and made my friend's birthday such a special one. The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive and I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I requested that a cake be made and it was perfect. The staff brought out the cake and sang Happy Birthday to my friend and other diners joined in. An exceptional night. I cannot rate this restaurant and the staff enough. Thank you Anne for making my friend feel so special.

The place wasn't that busy (18:30) so service was very attentive. Wine chosen (Rioja) was spot on and the wait for food was not too long . Getting waitress's attention was easy. Service with a smile always goes down well. Will be back before Xmas.

I wanted a restaurant not far from Euston, after a day in London(its about a 10 minute walk). This restaurant surpassed my expectations. The greeting was warm and friendly, the waiting staff were efficient and so helpful. The food was lovely, we were warned the children's meals were more suitable to the 6 year old we had with us than the 14 year old. But we found it enough. We took advantage of the 3 appetisers for £9.95 as a starter , then 2 children's meals and 2 adult meals. A lovely relaxed end to the day .

Where do I start - The restaurant is Clean, The Food is Exeptional - Value for Money and Very quick service of Piping Hot Fresh Food. The Manager - [...] is a credit to Spaghettihouse. He made us feel very welcome. He took time out to come and chat to us and made us feel like we was very special indeed. He gave us some history of the chain and his experiences. What a Charming lovely chap. We do not live in London but are already planning our return to the Restaurant. Nicest meal we have had in a long time. Well done to all the staff too.

We booked for 5 pm because we were going to the theatre in covent garden for 7.30. [...] The meal was freshly prepared for us and was excellent quality. Restaurant had a friendly relaxed feel with attentive staff and was ideal for our group of 8 which included 5 teenagers. Good food choice on the children's menu.
