4 adults - evening. Ordered top price meals (steaks) .Underdone,removed,returned, reheated! Nothing offered to compensate for setback.
Spoiled an important (65th) birthday event.

We arrived at 19.00 and were served immediately. The food was very good; but also very pricey. All four of us enjoyed it; but were equally pleased to move on to a quite pub after the meal.

We enjoyed an evening meal here and found it to have an excellent service and atmosphere was relaxed yet special. Food was lovely and excellently cooked wine also lovely. The only point would be, that I have been to other restaurants with exceptional food and service that hold michelin stars and would pay the same or even slightly less so the costs are a smidge too high! But as it was for a birthday I wasn't disappointed and would still recommend as a great place to eat!

Booked for a birthday meal out for a two hour slot without kids from 6.30 to 8.30 pm on a Friday and it was perfect choice. Courteous and attentive staff on arrival and throughout meal. Good choices of food either as share platters or individual choices. It became really busy around 8pm with Christmas dinners but staff coped well.

Dined at 7.30 and they requested that we completed by 9.30 which was not a problem. Thaey had a number of large and noisy parties which as it was close to Christmas cannot be avoided. However it was difficult to have a conversation at the table!

My friends and I love dining at Marlow Bar & Grill - the food is delicious and the service is professional but friendly from start to finish.
