Very good sensibly priced food with quick service. The only thing the staff were slow at producing was the tap water but apart from that we had a fun evening (4 guys on a cycling weekend) and would definitely head back to Prezzo's in the future.

enjoyed the experience. 2 meals for 12.95 offer meant we bought a more expensive bottle of wine and had a starter. We would have liked to have been asked if we would like drinks after being seated but we had to ask staff if we could order drinks whilst looking at the menu. Unfortunately, Rose wine was not cold even though we asked if it would be...it was obvious the bottle had not been kept refrigerated. We did not complain but staff did bring us a glass of ice and bottle was put in a cooler.

Food was very nice and portions were good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

are order was lost and so had a long wait. had to re-order. staff very apologetic but the free olives could have had some bread with them as we were very hungry by now

Drinks too expensive and portion sizes are a little too small, but food quality is good.
Waitress service was fantastic... Very sweet and helpful staff.
Would visit again.

[...]. Had a any 2 Main meals for the price of 1. ordered 2 of the meals from their Main Meals section. This section of the menu was excluded from the offer. [...] Head Office is totally letting the restaurants down. Won't be returning.

We dined at 6pm with 6 children and 2 adults.
The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Even stacking doughnuts, putting candles in and bringing it to the table was done with fun! All the food served was well presented and hot. Will be returning.

As I have said, this is a great place to go, but the staff seem unhappy and bored. Food is lovely, with a menu to please everyone.
