Friday 7th September - Everyone's food arrived together. Were allowed enough time to relax in between courses, did not feel rushed. However totally failed to aknowlege the fact we had advised it was our Son's 21st birthday as advised on the bookatable submission

Food arrived swiftly and was very tasty, good sized portions and excellent quality. Service was good, and staff welcoming. Festive Christmas menu was a very good price for three courses.

I have eaten here daytime and evening. The staff are attentive and friendly. The food excellent. I cannot find a better italian in reading. I eat here at least once a month. I love it

Dined at 7.30. Excellent attention from the waiter without being OTT. Lots of smiles.

Overall average as the food, service, value for money was no more than average.

The service could have been more friendly. Also the portions of food could have been a bit more. Also for what I ate/ordered the price was higher than justified.

Just one hiccup.
Unfortunatley Prezzo had run out of Lasagne when ordered at 20.30hrs. We don't really understand a resturant such as Prezzo running out of pasta meals half way through the evening.
