Bought this as a virgin experience for a birthday present for my sister. It included 3 course meal + cocktail. After spending a day in london we ended our day with a meal in the tiger brassiere. We had a very warm welcome, all staff were very polite and helpful. The food absolutely fantastic and even though it was a voucher the choice and quality were excellent and beautifully presented. All in all an extremely enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend the tiger brassiere. Thank you for ended our great day in london on such a delicious note!

The service was absolutely fantastic... very friendly staff... the food was superb... my wife & I had soup of the day which was quite spicy... grilled chicken was cooked perfectly... finally chocolate sponge cake for desert which was excellent... I would definitely eat here again...

Experienced a gin cocktail afternoon tea. Staff were very attentive, nice atmosphere. This was booked via Red Letter days, and wasn't aware of a £3 per person surcharge for the weekend, this dampened the experience.

Service was poor and still had cheek to apply 12.5% service charge

We went for afternoon tea for my 30th birthday and I couldn't have been more disappointed. Service was appalling, we were given 5 small finger sandwiches between 2 people. It took the waiter 35 minutes to ask how everything was and when we pointed out the lack of sandwiches he blamed the chef! Even though the waiter went through what the sandwiches were when he brought the plate over- he didn't even pick up on the fact he brought 5 small sandwiches. The 12.5% service charge is a joke as there was no customer service at all. The waiters are miserable. I would recommend afternoon tea at the ritz- you get what you pay for!
