We were at piccolinos for new year - the atmosphere was vibrant, service friendly although slow due to the volume of tables. As it was New Year the build up to midnight could of been better as it was, it was left to each table to decide when the last strike of midnight was, and it all seemed a bit out of sync which was disappointing other than that it was an enjoyable evening. Thanks

7pm dinner for 4, food fab but service slow, had to chase starter that took 45 mins - another table had ordered the same and received ours. When received we did get a lovely apology and the waitress tried to make amends.

Waited 20 minutes to place food and drink order. Waiter was unhelpful over wine choices.

Otherwise good service, brilliant food

Great food, good service and helpful in looking after me as a coeliac. We dined on a busy Saturday night and still we were well looked after. Any problems, comments or questions we had were dealt with quickly and informatively.

For coeliacs: the restaurant was happy to modify starters and serve gluten free risotto or have meat options though the chips are not gluten free but they do offer a salad alternative.
