We took afternoon tea at the hotel at 4:30 on a Saturday. The food was themed around the olympics and the sweet things were all beautifully designed and looked impressive. Food was lovely, and the service was fantastic. There was plenty of food on offer and you can have more of everything if you want. Location was easy to find, right next to Harrods. Would recommend to anyone.

Myself and girlfriends ate afternoon tea here at 4.30pm. Setting was perfect, didn't feel rushed at all. The cakes were definitely better than the sandwiches which were not as fresh as they should be. The Olympics themed cakes was a lovely added touch. Would definitely recommend. Oh and they served coffee as well as tea which is always a bonus

We were greeted by friendly staff at the reception and led to our table. The table was booked for 2.30 and soon became full. The tea room was small and intimate. There was a range of sandwiches.the bread was very light and the fillings were delicious.

My daugher and I had afternoon tea at the Capital. The table we were given was in a small room where there were 5 tables in total and on one of the tables a business meeting was taking place. These people were very loud and annoying.
Service was excellent and food was great.
