We had a 2.30 booking on Saturday so it was busy, [...]. They even got the bill wrong as we had a 20% off voucher and that hadn't been taken into account. Whilst I enjoyed the general ambience of the place it didn't suit everyone. It was hard to hear what the waitress was saying above the loud music and impossible to have any kind of conversation, so its not the place to go if that is what you want. The food was very good though and as it was a family birthday it was nice to see that, if wanted, the restaurant made an effort to recognise that.

We went as a party of 7 for my son's 16th . We felt a little cramped on a side table which had a bench either side and the staff happily moved us to a large round table that accommodated us all. Our waitress was very attentive and put the birthday boy's name up on the video screen which caused a lot of merriment and cheering from the other diners! When his dessert came out it had a sparkler in it which we felt was a nice touch. The food was fine not exceptional but the atmosphere made up for it. Good night out if a little pricey for what it is.
