Regret chips were very hard. Overcooked. The burger meal was dry. Could do with more cheese or mayonnase.music too loud to talk. Not a patch on the new york hollywood planet for atmosfear

The service was excellent.
We went for lunch and it was quiet. We had the special offer menu two courses for £12.50 -excellent value as the portion sizes were big. Both of us left some of our mains.
Would go again if looking for somewhere to eat near to Piccadilly Circus.

I visited Planet Hollywood with 7 friends on a Thursday evening at 7pm. We enjoyed a great round of drinks (the Legally Blonde is highly recommended!)before being shown to our table. We opted for the 2 courses for [$] deal that was avilable at the time which offered great variety in choice and very good value for money. Our waitress was fantastic, very friendly and keen to help. Everyone enjoyed what they had ordered - the half rack of ribs were huge, and the burger was delicious. Another round of Legally Blondes finished our night off nicely!

Great central location and loved the movie props and costumes. The staff were all friendly and the service was good. Unfortunately the food, in particular the main course was decidedly average and not very warm!

Early evening,lunchtime both during week and at weekend. Although busy at times service impeccable, waiting staff pretty hot! Definately go back.
