We dined in the evening so the Restaurant was quiet but had great atmosphere with Friendly Staff.
The standard of the meal was also great & very tasty.

We went as a family for an early dinner before a theatre show. The waiter was extremely pleasant and brought the girls childrens menus with activities on the back which kept them amused while they waited for their food. The restaurant had a lovely pleasant ambience and although there were many other diners it still felt comfortable and friendly.

Dined friday 25th february. Arrived 5 mins late wasnt a problem thpugh. Staff were friendly. Food didnt take long to arrive and when it did arrive it was stunning

Met up with another couple and chose Bella Italia because we know how nice the food and wine is. Not been to the Cardiff one before. The service was very good (it was empty!). Nice atmosphere. Altogether a good experience.
