We dined at 4pm. We had a voucher for two main meals for [$] that covered all four of us. The one ladies toilet was not clean !

Booked on line, but only let us book 8.15 when we wanted earlier, when we got there it was empty apart from 1 party. Service slow, food expensive, angry at having service charge of £16.95 enforced upon us, when the I thought food was dear anyway

Sunday lunch with young family. Too few staff to cover tables. Decor tired but great location on cheltenham prom. Food standard Italian chain food, little to inspire. Good catering for young families but at £10 per main course there are plenty of better restaurants for couples in Cheltenham.

Food was good. Very busy lunchtime and pizzas were served quite cold. However, staff did warm them up and were very apologetic, so good customer service.

Grilled chicken was smothered in garlic infused oil which spoiled it for me (had this in Cafe Rouge Stratford and they don't do that).

Had window seat with lots of people watching which was fun.
