The service is always very slow for some reason. On this occasion, the waitress was in the middle of taking our order, then she disappeared to serve another table their food!

We eat there because the food is very tasty.

We ate there on Saturday night. Good atmosphere - great food and service. Would visit again.

NOT MUCH VEGETARIAN CHOICE OF MAIN COURSES. LASAGNE PORCINI WAS VERY SLOPPY BUT OK FOR THE TYPE OF RESTAURANT ON THE WHOLE.

Booked the meal for 4 adults could only get 8.30 slot. Service was very good waitress attentive but the food was very very average though, such a pity when we took a couple of friends as an introdusction to Bella Italia!!!

Easy to book via web-site.
Food was very good, piping hot and delivered fairly quickly despite that the restaurant was busy with parties.

Two of the meals (lasagna) were poor in quality and not up to expected standards from an Italian restaurant. Had better from local supermarket ready food counters. Another meal (chicken salad) was poor in the quantity of meat served.

We had a table at 6.30 p.m. Restaurant was not particularly full but other than being shown to our table we weren't offered a drink for some time or orders taken. Service was poor. The food was average and compared to other times we have visited we feel Bella Italia in Touchwood has deteriorated.
