We booked a table at 5:30 - by 6:00 pm there was a queue out of the door, so if you're eating early evening, definitely need to book. Delightful place - delicious food and friendly, patient staff. Been going there for years and have never had a bad experience.

A pleasant meal in a chain restaurant

We dined at 5.30pm. The restaurant was quiet. The meal was great although quite a few things off the menu were sold out. This may have been a problem if we had children. No pizza's in an italian restaurant !!!

I always book at Bella Italia when I go to a concert at the MEN Arena. I wont go anywhere else, the staff are lovely and friendly.

We dined at seven in the evening and placed our orders, starters arrived within 10 minutes and the mains about 20 mins after that, food was of excellent quality and hot. We all had a desert which was once again excellent and with 6 Peronis throughout the meal I thought the price of [$] for the 3 of us was good value.
