10 of us from work and visited at 12pm for lunch. We were attended to quickly and food arrived promptly too. Was a fantastic building which at first I thought could feel cold because of the vast size, but we all commented on how warm it was. Would definitely visit again.

We dined in the evening on Good Friday. I had booked fairly early, as I learnt the hard way that this restaurant gets very full on evenings Thursday to Sunday. There were four of us - one of my friends is a Coeliac and one of them is a vegetarian. We chose Zizzi because there is enough choice on the menu to cater to everybody's tastes and dietary needs.
We were seated away from the main dining room, which was nice as we got to chat and it wasn't too noisy. Our waitress was very accommodating and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. We had an incident whereby my friend had received a main course that she didn't order (the name of the dish sounded like another dish and there was some miscommunication). After pointing this out, the waitress took the incorrect dish, for it to be replaced with the correct meal within five minutes with an apology from the waitress.
Overall we had a lovely evening; our glasses were topped up and tap water brought without us asking, and the overall cost of the bill was pleasing. I was impressed with the way Zizzi sensitively handled my friend's gluten allergy, as not many chain restaurants can cater for this dietary requirement.

We dined at lunchtime at 1.30pm. The service was brilliant and very helpful. Food was gorgeous. Would definately book online again.

Very nice atmoshere, very friendly, staff can talk in my language so no problems with comunication whatsoever ;) Good quality of food. Certainly I will go back again;)
