The ambience of the restaurant was good, and we were well received. We then waited for 45 minutes for our starters or even drink order to be taken. This would become a reoccuring theme. Both - when they arrived - were very good. The main was slightly disappointing though. As a dish it came together very well, however the fondant potatoes that accompanied it were well under-cooked and hard. The deserts got a mixed reception: the coffee and mandarin creme brulee was great, however my girlfriend's cheese cake did not taste particulary good, and seemed to have been over-cooked. We seemed to have to wait for long periods of time between courses, however when we asked for the bill it arrived extremely quickly. Nice restaurant, however it was just quite disappointing. 6/10

The special 4 course menu is quite good value and the food is delicious! Wines are a bit overpriced though with a glass of champagne clocking at 16.50 - they could offer more economical alternatives

Excellent fusion of Japanese and French food. Perhaps the French dominates. The wine list is very good but pricey. I have had lunch and Sunday brunch so it might be dunner next time. It is not cheap but worth it . We ate a la carte rather than the Bookatable deal.
