Excellent service, great atmosphere, lovely building.Drinks were beautiful and the freshly squeezed juice was fab ! :)
The staff were very polite and a big plus for most people, CLEAN and set in a beautiful victorian surrounding.
The tiny gripe [if there has to be one] was that it was a little on the cold side in the room because its a large space. This was soon sorted as the place started to fill up :)

Booked a table for 7pm, arrived a little early but was shown to our table straight away, we had some queries regarding the wine list these were answerd quickly and helpfully, food and service was excellant, the only down side was that we were sat near the door which caused us to feel a chill when the door was opened.

We dined on New Years Eve and made a refreshing change not to be over-charged. There were two set menus [$] and [$] (which included a glass of bubbly). The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived for a 19.00 sitting and were not rushed at all. We left around 22.00.The food was good and cost of wine reasonable.

7pm, friendly staff on arrival. Rather small portions for the money, and food tepid/cold....we were going on to a party*, and also too hungry to wait for fresh food! An extremely loud group of 6 in the corner - we could hardly hear ourselves at times. I'm sure they had fun but we didn't want to be subjected to their raucous behaviour. We didn't stay for dessert or coffee.......
*When booking I said that this was an 18th birthday meal - the restaurant completely ignored this??!! Not a great experience.

Booked on a High Life Reservation and very well received and looked after by the pleasant waiters. 3 ladies lunching during shopping.

The food was lovely a good choice of typically Italian dishes plus some innovative and original dishes not seen elsewhere. Really nice and will visit again despite one criticism....very expensive drinks.

A very pleasant atmosphere. Excellent waiter service. Wide choice of menu, excellent standard of cooking. I cannot think of any negative comments what so ever. I have always been impressed with meals I have had at an ASK restaurant.

The gas was off when we arrived- so the menu was limited. However the staff were pleasant, friendly and attentive. The decor is beautiful and atmosphere sophisticated.
A little overpriced considering the portion sizes, but you can't go wrong with their delicious italian pizzas.
Perfect for romantic dining as a couple

Vewry pleasant experience. I was early but was seated at the table and the requested glass of wine brought without delay whilst I waited for my friends. As soon as they arrived they ordered and received their drinks while we decided what to eat. Excellent, pleasant, helful and friendly service, will be there again next time I'm in Southport! :-)

We dined early evening and found that the staff were very welcoming. It was Fathers Day so we knew dad would eat 'free'. The food was nice but the drinks were absolutely extortionate ([$] for a bottle of Peroni) which made what we thought was going to be a reasonably priced family tea to an extremely expensive one! Don't think we will be going back. It's a shame.
